Zero7 Consulting works with clients to build internal capacity to achieve an advantage by leveraging the performance of people and aligning people's actions with the values and objectives of the organisation.

We see people issues as being symptomatic of broader opportunities to develop the people system and management practices. These are typically areas where positive interventions have the greatest benefits for an organisation. As such, working to address recurring people issues makes a business stronger. Whilst there is often a reluctance to allocate more time and resources to addressing "problem" areas, opportunities for development and readiness for change are also greatest in these areas.
